• kloned single process.  (more memory free'd up)
• Time on web interface now honours the /etc/TZ file setting

Cron already handles /etc/TZ however its weird to have the command line in one timezone and the web interface showing in another.   For those of you in the UK this is only noticed during BST.  For everybody else its annoying all the time.
