Last beta before I make this lot 297 and stop to write up what I did, how the scheduler works, adjusting your timezone, and some samples.  Just in time for everybody to automate turning those xmas tree lights on and off.

• Further reduced kloned (webserver) memory footprint.  Virtual set size 5160Mb -> 4000Mb
• The Admin>Services tab is used to enable/disable the cron process.

Upgrading from 296 to the next production release you should see a vast increase in the amount of free memory available as I've made two significant changes: kloned (webserver) and xap-pachube.

More memory means we can run more goodies. :)
