Monitoring Plex audio streaming to my Echo device

I spend a lot of time listening to music streamed from my Plex server to my Echo device oftening listening to songs I don't recognize. What is this? Who sing this? These are questions I need to know. I threw together some code to monitor my plex server and display what is playing on my echo to a small 3.5" inch attached to a raspberry PI. Might be useful to somebody else..
