Release 282

A very quick interim release

• Redesign of the JeeNode (I had to release this now before anybody starts using it heavily)
  • Adds a timeout on endpoints when node becomes unresponsive
  • Moved common code into a base class for nodes to make it easy to implement them.
  • Ability to rename, include, exclude endpoints exposed by the Nodes themselves.
• Added a FIRMWARE subtab to the ADMIN tab on the web gui so you can tell if you are behind in releases or not.
