Release 284

A couple of things in this release

• Fixed the aliasApplet.lua plugboard sample - thx Gary.
• Fixed the /etc/init.d/update script for "clean" resets - thx Karl
• Non responsive JeeNode's where not being reaped
• Added AVRDUDE so you can flash AVR firmware if your chip has a bootloader.
• Deprecated BASCOM AVR firmware source code.
