After a few glitches I finally got there

Started with buying a Wannadoo branded router that would just not take any firmware downgrades in order to then telnet into it.  So I then bought a branded Orange one and that flashed first time [also bought another Orange one, thanks G7].

I also managed to get hold of an Envi and will keep my eye out for the EnviR.  So staretd with my electricity usage and onboard temp feeding to Pachube.

Then decided on the PCB kit too [thanks Derek] and after a nice peaceful Saturday morning soldering, finally managed to get the thing built.  I only had one problem though.  I could not work out where to inject the 15v supply onto the board and all the pics on the wiki indicate it was a pad over near the JP1 pads but this was an older version of the PCB.  As I had the newer PCB I posted a question on here and Boxing Orange came to my help and posted a pic to indicate where the new solder pad was.  It's here

Not sure if it may be worth updating the section on the 15v Feed section.

Well it's all up and running, feeding the usage, temps etc and I also went and bought the Lidl sockets and have then switxhing on and off but they do seem to fail after a while though and a reboot of the HAH needs to be done in order to get the RF sending the signal again.  Seems a bit flaky though as when i try and toggle more than one, only one will switch.

I have two questions though: -

Do I need to increase the bursts of the codes in order to get more than one switching at once?

I would also like to change the webserver port the HAH is listening on from 80 as I have some port forwarding on my router already and when I try and add it conflicts.  Is there some sort of Klone websever config file buried somewhere I can change would I have to re-compile it.  Ive looked in the /etc folder but cannot see anything obvious.

Thanks again for all the help so far.

PORT FORWARDING

Why not port forward port 9999 to port 80 on the HAH?

ext ip 93.89.133.243:9999   =  192.168.1.2:80 HAH BOX?

so in a browser you type 93.89.133.243:9999 (example i don't know your ext address)

I've tried that

Yeah had tried that but it's the internal one Im having an issue with as port 80 is used for another device.  I'm guessing I need to find the file etc that gets updated when you change the SSL, Telnet and FTP ports and presume there will be a webserver listening port on there I can change.  Shame it's not written into the GUI to configure.

What router do you have?

Just so i am never tempted :)

I use a 2wire and also have 5 public ip's as some of my kit cannot be natted.
