Blank Virtual LCD

I'm running two HAH's, and since doing so, or the recent 255 update, I can't seem to get the Virtual LCD to work.  It starts up, but doesn't display anything.  Is it hardcoded to listen for a specific source?  If that is my problem, could this be made configurable?

Thanks

Karl

Good for me

However, I'm currently running just one HAH.

Not sure what it would do with two units on the same subnet ...

Do your 'real LCDs' show the correct IPs?

Derek.

Real LCD

I don't have the real LCD connected, my HAH's in a difficult location to see.  I could hook it up, but I'm not sure it's worth the effort, I just wanted it to troubleshoot the script problem I've posted.

It might be worth checking the code though, as I'm pretty sure it'll be looking for messages at a particuliar source, and with more than one instance, that source will change.  I'll try and test this with my DEV HAH.

UPDATE:

After removing the instance number from the web GUI and rebooting, the LCD updated with the IP address.

Hardcoded source

Yes the virtual LCD has a hardcoded source/target name.   When you introduced an INSTANCE into the mix it changed the HAH's LCD source/target name so the LCD will stop working.

Its a very simple .NET app I could modify it so that you can supply and instance setting I guess and/or define your own virtual LCD.  (later)

Blank LCD

I can live without it, and I now know how to get it going if I need it.
