Flat comments

I just installed a module that flattens comments so they are no longer threaded. I was finding this ugly with ever increasing levels of indentation. So from now on regardless of which comment you reply to, all replys will be automatically made for the topic initiating remark.
This means the most recent comment will always be directly underneath the top most comment.
Hope this change isn't confusing - I think in the long run its better.

Update on comment order - initially the comments sorted backwards NEWEST to OLDEST the default when I flattern things out this was a naff so I've adjusted it.
The comments now order OLDEST to NEWEST underneath the 1st topic post regardless of which comment you respond too. This mean the new comments will always be at the bottom of the page this is just more natural. Ah Happiness in a chronological sequence of comments in ascending order.
