Something i has been working with...
Just thought I'd post a screenshot ...
Any thoughts ?
Kevin
Hi Kevin, I like it a lot. Humble proof of interest ;) added ..
I am also monitoring gas an water consumption via Currentcost + hah + mysql + Google charting.
Hoping to hear and see more soon!
Edit: while looking for "good" design I have found that xAPFlash internal elements look best for me. Very, very well done Kevin!

Well, what can we say .. "You too, Brutus?" ;)
Kevin,
Is this a native iOS app, or are you running an app through the iPad?
Karl
Like the flip over clock but my other hobby (well one of them) is nixie clocks.
now a nixy display on ipad/iphone would br really cool for displaying wattages temp etc.
Dean
Whats a nixie/nixy display for us poor humble mortals who don't do fruit based computing?....
Like the clarity of the dispaly though.....and that clock looks cool - is the code for that available?
Heading for the local hostelry.....will check back later...EJ
The clock is an "off the shelf" flash module that you can embed into a xAPFlash page like this

other modules are also usable, eg,

They are embeddable in a xAPFlash page but are not xAP controllable/accessible
They are (certainly were) readily available on the net, but if you have difficulty finding them let me know

This is one i made about 3 years ago.
they use Neon displays like in 70's/80's calculators (notLED) they are typically an inch but can be up to 4-5inches, petrol pumps used to use them as well.
they have a cool glow and i personally think they are beautiful
