Is it possible to chose which of my google calendars the scripts link too. Been playing with the rf stuff today to get in much trouble that it appears the house code I chose is one that the downstairs lights also use... loving this project so far!

I'm interested in developing the firmware for the livebox.

I've followed the instructions for building the firmware however I get the following error:

I'm running two HAH's, and since doing so, or the recent 255 update, I can't seem to get the Virtual LCD to work.  It starts up, but doesn't display anything.  Is it hardcoded to listen for a specific source?  If that is my problem, could this be made configurable?

Hi,

I bought a cable from currentcost to connect my currentcost classic to the livebox. In xFx I get a heartbeat but thats about it, occasionally I get a info message but only once when I reboot. I used microcom to check that the livebox was actually recieving data from the current cost and this is what I got:

xøxxxxøxxxxxxøøxxxxøxxxøøxøxxxøxøxøxxøøøxxøxøxøxøxxxxxøxøøxøxxxxøx

with a couple of extra line being added about every second. Is this to be expected?

Could we have current cost on the home screen of the webgui? Just below the temp sensors would be good. On that subject. Is there any documentation on the syntax for web commands so I cam have a go at a mobile web front end?

Just a simple one, I'd like to be able to disable WebGui login.

I'm finding it a real pain having to login all the time just to turn something on/off etc.

My network is pretty secure and I don't allow access to the hah from  outside, so for me there's no need for security.

Hi, am having a bit of trouble getting pachube to accept my watts stream from a current cost classic. I am using this string

dbzoo.livebox.CurrentCost:ch.1:xAPBSC.event:text

but its not registering, although the temp one is using this

dbzoo.livebox.CurrentCost:temp:xAPBSC.event:text

 

Any ideas?

Hi guys, this seems like a really nice project, thumbs up.

 

I kinda have a couple of questions about the firmwares tho:

 

1) Would one of the alternative firmwares allow the Livebox to connect to other ISPs (it's currently locked on Orange-only usernames)?

2) Would the USB host be of any use right from the start? Like a NAS ?

Hi guys, after testing the HAH for myself, I'll be installing it into a couple of Villas we own in Cyprus.

The main purpose will be to reduce electricity costs over there while we manage the properties remotely.

I've been trying to research how to configure dropbear which as I understand it allows for X11 tunneling.

I'm pretty sure this would allow me to use SSH to create a tunnel that would allow me to access the HAH from remote.

To make this uber-secure, I should be able to use keys to even remove the need to login using username/pass with a client like putty.
